For the third consecutive summer, a nine-game package of Cape Cod Baseball League games is being telecast to a live national television audience on Fox College Sports, which began with Tuesday night's game between Bourne and Chatham at Veterans Field in Chatham.

Fox College Sports Atlantic and USA World Events produce the games, in cooperation with the CCBL. Fox will also carry the CCBL All-Star game live from Spillane Field in Wareham, Saturday, July 25, at 6 p.m.

Veteran play-by-play announcer Eric Frede, former Red Sox/Phillies closer Ken Ryan and sideline reporter Katy Fitzpatrick will describe games on Fox College Sports.

On Cape Cod, FOX College Sports Atlantic is seen on Comcast Ch. 262, DirecTV Ch. 623 and Verizon Fios Ch. 300. FCSA is one of three FOX regional college sports networks, along with FCS Central and FCS Pacific.

For the sixth consecutive season, Sports Radio 96.3 WEEI Cape Cod is broadcasting a Cape League Sunday Night Baseball package. Larry Egan and John Garner Jr., who called games in 2002 on Cool 102, 2003-06 on PIXY 103 and 2008-09 on WXTK, return as broadcasting duo for WEEI Cape Cod, the All-Sports radio station that also carries Red Sox, Celtics, sports talk radio and ESPN radio. Jacob Tobey returns as sideline reporter and has added out-of-town scores and calls to the bullpen.

In addition to being televised on Fox College Sports, the CCBL All-Star game at Spillane Field in Wareham will be broadcast on WCAI and the Cape and the Islands NPR Stations (90.1, 91.1, 94.3 FM). "The Cape League Report" can be heard on WXTK (95.1 FM) every weekday morning, which includes previous night scores and highlights and that day’s schedule of games. WKTK also highlights Cape League players on its news website.
