Cape Cod, Massachusetts – As the Cape Cod Baseball League celebrates its centennial season, the nation’s preeminent collegiate summer baseball league is working to enhance the health of the communities it serves through a multiyear partnership with Cape Cod Healthcare.

“The Cape Cod Baseball League is extremely happy to kick off its 100th season with Cape Cod Healthcare, our official healthcare partner,” said Ben Brink, Corporate Development Director of the Cape Cod Baseball League. “Both organizations share a common goal of enhancing the health of people in this community, and that’s what this partnership is all about. There’s no better partner for this initiative than Cape Cod Healthcare.”

This three-year partnership is off to a good start—Cape Cod Healthcare already provides a comprehensive array of medical services to many of the Cape League’s existing fans and volunteers. When players and spectators need to be seen quickly for minor injuries, Cape Cod Healthcare’s six urgent care centers across the Cape from Falmouth to Orleans are conveniently located near Cape League ballparks. The Urgent Care centers treat a wide variety of minor illnesses and injuries—so you can get back to your regularly scheduled summer plans quickly.

As part of the partnership, Cape Cod Healthcare was named the “Official Healthcare Sponsor of the Cape Cod Baseball League” until 2025. The two organizations will collaborate on health-centered campaigns on social media and across digital channels, and Cape Cod Healthcare’s dedicated staff will be a regular presence at the ballpark. Cape Cod Healthcare employees will also enjoy employee appreciation nights, an opportunity to enjoy a night at their favorite ballparks with friends and family.
